Samsung Internet for Gear VR and Samsung Internet for Android v6+ have experimental WebVR support available to be switched on:
Samsung Internet for Gear VR can automatically detect web pages that use the WebVR API when they are loaded, and prompt users to enable WebVR when the page is loaded. You can also enable or disable WebVR from the “Labs” menu.
In Samsung Internet for Android v6+, visit internet://flags to enable it.
